This summer we worked at getting our house painted and replacing the 4x6 posts in the front with columns. The columns which were supposed to be a 1 weekend project, turned into much more, but we finally got them done and I thought I'd post a pic of our house. It will never be a really cute house, but I do think that it looks better than it did before.

I think the columns look awesome. I really like your windows too. One of these days we'll have to drive down and see the house.
We absolutely LOVE having visitors, and would love to have you. We need to drive up to Portland and see your house and you guys sometime, too. Maybe when Steve in suddenly out of a job in June. : )

We have one transplant in our ward that came from the plant in CO springs. I asked them if they knew you and they said no.
Also, I am not entirely sure about the use of that word suddenly there. Not saying that it is the best situation but sudden it has not seemed to us quite. Sudden is me waking up crossing the street in front of my house for no discernable reason at 3 a.m. Or running to get in the shower with all my clothes on before Slade can stop me. See, don't these things sound like classic family memories? Who could want to remain four states away?
